Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes 25 days of holiday leave per year, plus English bank holidays, and the opportunity to purchase additional leave. A pension matching scheme is also available, with the company contributing 4% of the employee's salary. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business-to-Business Account Manager to join our Client Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing financial and operational data related to the performance of our clients' heat networks. You will utilize this data to present monthly and quarterly updates to your portfolio of clients, highlighting risks and proposing solutions. Collaboration with internal departments to deliver improvements that mitigate those risks is also a critical aspect of the role.

To succeed in this post-sales role, you should have a solid understanding of financial reporting and excellent planning and time management skills. You should be adept at providing professional written and verbal business updates, passionate about delivering high-quality service standards to our clients, and have the ability to challenge the status quo by recommending business process changes.

This role involves working in either our Peterborough or London office, with remote working options available. Nationwide travel to client meetings may also be required.
