Lead the development of innovative cloud-based solutions at Gearset, a leading Salesforce DevOps platform. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technical direction and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of creating positive business impact outside of writing code, with previous experience as a full-stack engineer and direct customer interaction. Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is essential, as well as expertise with an OOP language and modern JS framework.

In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to define what great looks like for our pragmatically chosen tech stack, including C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes. You will also help drive incremental small slices delivery and react to meet user needs in an agile development team.

Salary: £78,000 - £90,000+ (depending on experience)
