Job Title: Cloud Financial Systems Specialist

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Cloud Architect to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Cloud Financial Systems Specialist, you will define and oversee standards, tools, and procedures for maintaining and supporting a new cloud-based financial solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor SLA metrics, troubleshoot software issues, and recommend tools and processes for operational support.
  • Develop protocols for system security, disaster recovery, and data audits.
  • Design cross-system monitoring solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Lead testing and operational readiness for go-live processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data integration, system administration, or operations leadership.
  • Experience with SaaS, system administration, and root-cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN technologies, JavaScript, and Agile DevOps practices.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
