We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at the NHS, providing intensive home treatment to service users in their own homes and community settings.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing patients seeking self-discharge from wards, providing safer discharges and supporting patients with acute mental health problems or psychological distress.
Key responsibilities include completing accurate psychosocial/risk assessments, acting as co-worker for service users, and undertaking the role of gatekeeper for all people requiring admission to inpatient services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mental health legislation and guidance, experience of working in crisis/home treatment teams, and strong communication skills.
A salary of approximately £43,141 per annum is available for this position, reflecting the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for its employees.
