Role Description

The Luxury Service Support Specialist role at Maplewood Court is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. This role involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

About the Job

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will assist with meal service, maintain temperature records, set up and clear tables, and attend to residents' non-care related needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and other teams to deliver high-quality meals and services.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Bistro and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to the needs of our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of temperature, stock levels, and other essential information.
  • Collaborate with the care teams to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
  • 'Can do' attitude and willingness to work with us in ensuring we support our residents with the best quality service.
  • Customer facing experience including building working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
