Dining Assistant

Job Summary:
We are recruiting a dedicated Dining Assistant to join our kitchen team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Main Duties:
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the kitchen staff with food storage and inventory management.
- Engage with residents during meal times to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this process).
- Previous experience in catering or a similar role is beneficial.
- A strong desire to work with older adults and provide exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
