About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Account Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Property Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our clients, including managing client relationships, processing renewals, and seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
  • Seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain client policy portfolios
  • Work closely with Account Managers and senior staff to ensure client needs are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as an Account Handler, Senior Account Handler, or Account Executive handling Property Owners business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Progression towards Dip CII is desirable but not essential

We offer a competitive salary of up to c£45,000 (d.o.e) plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also receive support and training from both Directors and Managers and be given the opportunity to take on further duties in the future.
