Property Account Handler

Your new company is seeking an experienced Property Account Handler to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Real Estate division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Account Executives and delivering outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing client accounts during the renewals process, including admin, presentations, negotiating premiums, and managing paperwork.
- Working in a fast-paced environment to provide timely and accurate support to clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers and managing account queries and credit control matters.
- Designing and delivering presentations as required and following up on new and existing renewal business quotations.
- Previous experience working as a Real Estate/Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners.
- Progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII, or Advanced Dip CII.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate.
A competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and bonus package. Flexible working options available.
