Senior Property Account Handler

Your new company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Account Executive to join their team. As a Property Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Property Division Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Property clients, predominantly managing agents and private landlords.
- Work alongside Account Managers and senior staff to ensure that cover is arranged correctly to comply with the client's requirements and to disclose all material facts to underwriters when broking.
- Maintain clients' policy portfolios, including processing renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and prepare technical documentation.
- Previous experience working as an Account Handler, Senior Account Handler, or Account Executive handling Property Owners business from an Insurance broker or Lloyd's Broker.
- Experience in the servicing of clients and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Progression towards Dip CII is desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary of up to c£45,000 (d.o.e) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
- Support and training from both Directors and Managers.
- Opportunity to take on further duties in the future.
