We are seeking a talented Graduate Psychologist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Graduate Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a rewarding role, supporting students with special educational needs in a supportive Secondary School in Redbridge.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to support students' learning and development
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members to ensure that students receive the best possible education
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education
