About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple projects up to £3m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception, design, planning, and construction, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Organize, chair, and hold regular and ad-hoc meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure project progress and satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that the necessary resources are deployed to site to execute work safely and efficiently.
  • Subcontractor Management: Review quotations from subcontractors alongside the QS to ensure best value for the company.
  • Site Management: Manage all on-site teams, ensuring the project program is on track and that the site is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare construction programs, construction phase plans, and progress reports, and represent the company at monthly project meetings.
  • Health and Safety: Support site managers with H&S, RAMS, and other health and safety-related matters.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree qualified (industry-relevant degree) or equivalent.
  • Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work.
  • Driving License: Essential for travel between sites.
