About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Housing Officer. As a key member of our housing and support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive housing and tenancy management services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patch of approximately 120 properties across Reading, Bracknell Forest, and Farnham
  • Provide intensive, personalized housing support services to customers
  • Work closely with customers, Care & Support staff, and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their independent living goals
