Job Description
We're seeking a senior protein engineer and biocatalysis scientist with expertise in directed evolution techniques, including bioinformatics, high-throughput screening, protein design, and cloning & expression techniques. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new enzyme processes for sustainable feedstocks
- Designing and optimizing protein expression systems
- Characterizing enzymes for industrial applications
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong experience in directed evolution techniques
- Excellent bioinformatics and high-throughput screening skills
- Ability to design and optimize protein expression systems
- Enthusiasm for creating new processes that push the boundaries of biocatalysis
