Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Protein Engineer and Biocatalysis Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in directed evolution techniques, including bioinformatics, high-throughput screening, protein design, and cloning & expression techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement novel enzyme processes for sustainable feedstocks
- Design and optimize protein expression systems for efficient production
- Characterize and optimize enzyme activity for improved performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biocatalysis into our product development pipeline
- Ph.D. in Protein Engineering, Biocatalysis, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in directed evolution techniques and biocatalysis
- Strong background in bioinformatics, protein design, and cloning & expression techniques
