Job Summary

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Northwich. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing their medication. You'll also assist with practical tasks like shopping and housework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing medication
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and support clients to live safely and independently
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care services
