Job Summary

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Sage Care Limited. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide care that meets the needs of each client
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to provide the best possible care for our clients.
