Job Summary

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Northwich. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them to live safely and independently. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our clients

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
