About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist, leading our clinical psychology services in North Wales. As a member of our senior clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert psychological advice and guidance to multidisciplinary colleagues and stakeholders.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Clinical Psychologist to take on a senior leadership role, working with a diverse range of clients across North Wales. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing innovative psychological interventions and strategies to improve outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert psychological advice and guidance to multidisciplinary colleagues and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement innovative psychological interventions and strategies to improve outcomes for clients
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Psychologists and other staff members
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A good Honours degree in PsychologyEligibility for BPS Chartered statusA post-graduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent experienceRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical PsychologistClinical supervision training for supervising Doctoral traineesExperience of working in a clinical psychology setting, preferably in a leadership role
