This is a challenging fixed-term position as part of the ICT Desktop Support team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT Desktop Support Technician to join our team in providing second-line support across both clinical and non-clinical settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert troubleshooting services for Windows operating systems, working extensively with complex technical issues.
  • Support technologies such as SCCM, Active Directory, and DHCP in a large-scale enterprise infrastructure environment.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other ICT teams to resolve technical issues, planning your workload efficiently and independently when required.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of hardware and software in a busy environment.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and experience in supporting end-users.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
