About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with Personality Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-facilitate the Bucks Service User Network (SUN) groups and individual interventions with clients within the PCMHH part of the role.
  • Deliver individual and group interventions to clients accessing the wider PCMHH.
  • Work closely with the SUN Lead Facilitator and experienced Peer Support Workers to deliver the SUN weekly programme of facilitated peer support groups across Buckinghamshire.
Requirements
  • Core mental health qualification in mental health nursing, social work, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or psychiatry.
  • Experience of working with people with Personality Disorder and in community mental health services.
  • Ability to work comfortably alongside and collaborate with service users.
