Responsibilities

As a German speaking Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all purchasing tasks within the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders on a local and regional level, planning, sourcing, optimization, negotiation, supplier liaison, and steering.
  • Collaborating with the regional purchasing network and setting up new suppliers.
  • Ensuring suppliers meet company standards for innovation, quality, flexibility, and value for money.
  • Analysing quotations and tenders, negotiating terms, and achieving KPIs.
  • Reviewing and converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, and issuing frame contracts.
