Job Description

Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Alternatives Capital Formation (ACF) team as an Associate in Fundraising and Strategic Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and investor communications for Goldman Sachs' real estate funds.

Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials and Investor Communications: Collaborate with the investment team and other internal stakeholders to develop and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications.
  • Investor Due Diligence: Respond to investor queries, complete due diligence questionnaires, and provide ongoing investor support.
  • New Product Launches: Contribute to business development initiatives, assist with strategic planning for new fund launches, and produce presentation materials and private placement memoranda.
  • Support Fundraising Team and Senior Leadership: Assist with the production of talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise on Goldman Sachs' real estate funds and investments.
  • Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in investor relations and/or real estate private equity.
  • Highly motivated, intelligent, and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments.
  • Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership and strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly pivot between a variety of projects and be a team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
