Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our team, working closely with our global mid-cap Private Equity firm partner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, underwriting, and debt structuring, with a proven track record in real estate investment banking or private equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and underwriting of real estate transactions, including financial modeling and due diligence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, including investment banks and private equity firms
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies and proposals, including financial projections and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in real estate investment banking or private equity
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in Excel and other financial software
  • Proven expertise in underwriting and debt structuring, with a strong understanding of real estate markets and trends
  • Excellent academic background, with a degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics
