We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director, responsible for centralising and developing our HR function.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and regulatory compliance.
- Manage employee contracts, ensure legal compliance, and maintain HR policies.
- Provide primary HR contact support, handling queries, performance management, and conflict resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, with expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, and policy maintenance.
This is a unique opportunity to lead our HR function and contribute to the success of our Lloyd's market broker.
Salary: £38-40k per month (£38,400 - £40,000 per year) for 3 days a week
