We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Rec Financial. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension regulations, and handling client communications.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verifying accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions.
- Handling client communications, including payroll reports and compliance submissions.
- Managing PAYE and pension payments, and registering relevant schemes.
- Addressing payroll queries in a professional manner.
- A strong technical knowledge of payroll, including calculations, PAYE/NI thresholds, and pension schemes.
- Experience with systems such as Sage or Xero would be advantageous.
- £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after probation.
