About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager to join our team at Future Inn Cardiff. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, delegates, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the Reception team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Assist with duty management responsibilities as required
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front of House setting, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
