Job Summary:

Vantage is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the commercial strategy for our organization. As the Director of Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities, working closely with the C-Suite to build out sales and partnerships strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the business, driving sustained growth and revenue expansion.
  • Design and implement pricing models that align with business objectives, ensuring optimal revenue capture.
  • Lead a team of sales leaders, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance and team success.
  • Develop and execute a customer retention strategy, focusing on building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  • Design and implement compensation plans for sales, partnerships, and customer excellence team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to build and support the go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
  • Oversee commercial reporting, including sales forecasts and pipelines, to ensure the business strategy meets operational demands.
  • Support the onboarding of sales and account management teams, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial success.
  • Experience building out GTM strategies and sales plans, with a focus on driving business expansion and revenue capture.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to work with large teams across multiple locations, driving sales performance and team success.
  • Experience working within the finance, banking, or payments industry, with a deep understanding of the sector and its challenges.
