Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Representative to join our team at Quickline Communications. As a Community Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing and promoting our brand in rural communities across Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with local residents, providing them with information about our services and products.
  • Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Represent Quickline Communications as a brand ambassador in the communities we serve.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a face-to-face field sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn about technical products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, in accordance with data protection regulations.
