Web Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you will be responsible for developing a robust 'test and learn' roadmap, supporting experiments with relevant analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Digital Product team to assess the impact and success of newly launched digital features, using data to inform feature enhancements and future development.
With 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, you should be proficient in analytical tools and insights tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI. A strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping is essential for this role.
