About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BYD Europe. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing effective partnerships with our Retailer Network to drive mutually profitable sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the rapid growth of our Retailer Network, ensuring new Retailers are onboarded effectively and monitoring progress of systems access, training, logistics, sales process, etc.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Retailer Partners at an individual Retailer level, requiring a collaborative approach to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and drive Retailer sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing best practices across the network.
  • Ensure relevant product, marketing, training, and sales programs information is shared effectively with Retailer teams.
  • Manage wholesale ordering of new vehicles by Retailers to achieve required sales volume and rapid stock turn.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and track record of success at a management level in the Automotive or retail industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a new and unique brand launch, with a strong project management and organizational skillset.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with occasional weekend or evening work required to support Retailer activity.
