Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Heathrow area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business targets and exceed personal sales revenue budgets
  • Manage customer relationships to minimize attrition and identify opportunities for new sales
  • Build close and effective working relationships with a network of contacts within prospective customers
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities for new product sales
  • Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers while identifying and qualifying opportunities for new sales
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience within the UK Freight industry, Parcels or Retail, FMCG sector
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management
  • Detailed understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination
  • Proven track record of closing major opportunities and professional sales and negotiating training
  • Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to travel within designated territory and work with the minimum of supervision
  • Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, Email, Access, and PowerPoint
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £42,900 (inclusive of car allowance)
  • Excellent commission and uncapped OTE of £70K
