Mental Health Ward Manager

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to join our team. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a recovery-focused rehabilitation unit specializing in treating males 18+ with severe and enduring mental illness or personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities:- Management and leadership of the team
- Staff development and skill mixing
- Recruitment, retention, and performance management
- Budget management, materials, and equipment
- Quality management and standards
- Managing clinical interventions
- Clinical governance and audit
- NMC registration - RMN/RNLD trained
- 2 years management experience
- Desire for change and innovation
- Ideally NVQ level 5 in leadership and management - can be endorsed also
