Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic primary school in Garstang.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lunchtime Cover: Oversee 90 pupils and 2 members of lunchtime staff on the playground during the first hour, followed by supervision in the dining hall with 1 member of lunchtime staff for the second half.
  • PPA Cover: Provide cover for teachers on Mondays in Year 2, Wednesdays in Year 4, and Thursdays in Year 6.

This role comes with competitive pay, paid to scale, with a planned pay increase adopted in the new year. We have a structured long-term plan and a comprehensive feedback policy in place.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on the job title, description, and location.
