About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Leadership Manager to join our team at St Monica Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services across multiple sites in Bristol and North Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of domiciliary care professionals, ensuring they have the skills and training needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing domiciliary or community care services, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with residents, families, and staff.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Social Care (Level 5 or higher is preferred).
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in overseeing audits, safeguarding, and compliance.
