About the Role

This is a multi-site leadership role covering domiciliary care services in the Bristol and North Somerset area. As a successful candidate, you will lead with purpose and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead across multiple sites, managing diverse teams and services under one CQC registration.
  • Maintain operational excellence while ensuring every resident receives outstanding care.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet resident needs and grow the service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a multi-site service under a single CQC registration.
  • Manage our domiciliary care teams, including Deputy Care Managers and Care Leads.
  • Educate and support care team members to deliver exceptional care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Contribute to business growth while maintaining cost-effective practices.
  • Serve as a key contact for safeguarding, audits, and compliance with CQC regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience managing domiciliary or community care services across multiple sites.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic care setting and adapt quickly.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Social Care (Level 5 or higher preferred).
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and experience overseeing audits and compliance.
  • Confident budget management, team coordination, and service improvement delivery.
  • A passion for working with older people, including those with disabilities or dementia.

Salary: £52,494 - £59,104 per annum based on experience. This salary reflects the location and industry standards.
