We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Suite Attendant to join our team at the Caribe Royale Orlando. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our suites and villas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  2. Inspect suites and villas for safety, operating condition of equipment, and damaged linens.
  3. Replenish guest amenities and supplies, and maintain storage and carts in a clean and organized manner.
  4. Record suite status on assignment sheets and provide information to guests about hotel services and facilities.
  5. Prepare suites for guest arrival and ensure that every villa/suite cleaned is complete with all amenities and supplies prior to releasing it as vacant and inspected.
  6. Report any maintenance issues, damaged or missing property, and adhere to our recycling program.
  7. Perform houseman duties as required, including cleaning/re-cleaning early outs/transfer suites/villas.
  8. Report any suspicious activity to Security and follow key control policy.
  9. Display a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct, and follow uniform standards.
  10. Uphold and follow company values and policies, and follow all safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
