Job Title: Suite Attendant

Department: Housekeeping

Location: Orlando, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Suite Attendant to join our team at the Caribe Royale Orlando. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our suites and villas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  2. Inspect suites and villas for safety, operating condition of equipment, and damaged linens.
  3. Replenish guest amenities and supplies, and maintain storage and carts in a clean and organized manner.
  4. Record suite status on assignment sheets and provide information to guests about hotel services and facilities.
  5. Prepare suites for guest arrival and ensure that every villa/suite is complete with all amenities and supplies prior to releasing it as vacant and inspected.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by management, including reporting maintenance issues, damaged or missing property, and adhering to recycling programs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
