We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Suite Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Caribe Royale Orlando. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Essential functions include: being attentive, friendly, and helpful to our guests, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, brushing, scrubbing, polishing decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces; cleaning showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and bathroom items; making beds according to hotel standards; removing used guest items and trash; replenishing guest amenities and supplies; inspecting suites and villas for safety, operating condition of equipment, and damaged linens; maintaining storage and carts cleaned and organized; recording suite status on assignment sheets; providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities; preparing suites for guest arrival and ensuring that every villa/suite cleaned is complete with all amenities and supplies prior to releasing it as vacant and inspected room.
  • Greets guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgment.
  • Cleans all assigned suites in compliance with the hotel standards of quality and productivity.
  • Uses cleaning products and equipment to set standards.
  • Inspects all assigned rooms for pests.
  • Completes all assigned projects.
  • Completes general cleaning and VIP room cleaning as assigned.
  • Reports all maintenance issues, damaged or missing property.
  • Maintains a clean and organized cart and work area.
  • Cleans and returns equipment to assigned storage area.
  • Adheres to recycling program.
  • Inspects own suites/villas and punches VI on the telephone after cleaning.
  • Picks up Fiji water from Manager and reports all suites/villas that have departed to the Manager at specified time.
  • Waits until 4pm to re-check and clean any suites/villas with DND.
  • Notifies the Manager when leaving work area.
  • Villa Suite Attendant performs houseman duties as required.
  • Reports lost & found items.
  • Responsible for cleaning/re-cleaning early outs/transfer suites/villas.
  • Reports any suspicious activity to Security.
  • Ensures that radio and telephone etiquette is followed.
  • Promptly returns all loss and found items.
  • Follows key control policy.
  • Displays a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct and follows uniform standards.
  • Maintains and adheres to our company values.
  • Upholds and follows company's policies and procedures.
  • Follows all safety standards such as Hazardous Communications, Blood borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Proper Lifting Techniques, and Housekeeping Safety.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
