Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the reception desk and surrounding public spaces.
- Fulfill guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff via radio.
- Assist with the cleaning of suites as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
