About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to work as a Purchase Ledger Assistant at YourRecruit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage high-volume invoices, including matching purchase orders to jobs.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of the purchase ledger.
  • Prepare and send payment runs to suppliers, ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitor and manage supplier relationships, generating reports as needed.
  • Accurately enter expenses and credit card transactions into our accounting system.
  • Support with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation.

What We Offer:

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant at YourRecruit, you will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum.
