About the Role

Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual communications strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts for print and digital advertising, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual brand identity.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including print ads, digital ads, and website pages.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intent of each project.
  • Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to develop creative executions of assigned projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
