Home Buying Assistant Position

We require a diligent Home Buying Assistant to support our busy law firm in Bishop Auckland. The ideal candidate will possess audio typing skills, prior experience in residential conveyancing, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Professional communication with clients and third parties
- Management of diaries and appointments
- Use of the Land Registry Portal for property transactions
- Case management and coordination
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in residential conveyancing
- Audio typing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
