Payroll Coordinator

As a Payroll Administrator at TEKsystems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls. This includes handling day-to-day queries and communications with the FSG teams, processing expenses, and preparing payroll journals and finance reports. If you are well-organized, methodical, and able to work to strict deadlines, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the processing of weekly UK & Irish PAYE contractor payrolls
• Handle day-to-day queries and communications with the FSG teams
• Process expenses using Excel, Concur, and PeopleSoft
• Prepare payroll journals, finance reports, HMRC reconciliations, and HMRC payments
• Assist with report requests from the business
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager
