We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere that enables students to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop effective behaviour intervention plans.
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Conducting assessments and tracking student progress in relation to behaviour goals.
