Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on residential property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and introducers to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and supporting the team
  • Participating in business development activities to grow our client base
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Proven expertise in residential property law and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and commercial awareness
Package and Benefits:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum salary, plus a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
