Social Work Team Manager - Sanctuary Personnel Ltd

    We are seeking an experienced Social Work Team Manager to lead a team of social workers, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality services to children and families.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in social work management, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • They will work closely with colleagues in own and other directorates, as well as external agencies, to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

  • Lead a team of social workers, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Up to £45,441 per annum salary
  • Flexible working arrangements between 07:00 and 19:00 hours, where possible
