About the Role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a key role in implementing and managing Service Management solutions for our clients across the UK. You'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals to design, develop, and deploy innovative applications that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions, adhering to industry best practices and Capgemini standards.
- Develop new ServiceNow applications, services, and integrations, collaborating with senior developers for guidance and support.
- Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Senior Developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting for ServiceNow development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of relational database concepts.
Expected Certification: ServiceNow CSA
Security Clearance: To be eligible for this role, you must hold or be able to obtain the necessary security clearance.
