We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Capgemini. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions for our clients, utilizing your expertise in the ServiceNow Platform and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to estimate release-level effort and ensure timely delivery.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and work with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of Service Management practices based on Capgemini and industry standards.
- Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts and experience working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.
