About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer at Capgemini, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital futures. You'll be immersed in the exciting world of Service Management, Service Integration, and Management solutions, leveraging the powerful ServiceNow Platform to deliver innovative and impactful results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.
  • Take ownership of complex technical requirements, working closely with Business Analysts to translate them into robust and efficient code.
  • Ensure the seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow within existing IT infrastructures, adhering to industry best practices and Capgemini standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, mentoring junior developers and staying abreast of the latest ServiceNow advancements.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience administering the ServiceNow Platform and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, as well as proficiency in other relevant programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
