Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on high-value capital equipment sales and automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
- Minimum of 5 years of high-value capital equipment sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturing markets
- Excellent business networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
