About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Value Sales Specialist to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and achieving sales objectives in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturing markets globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on high-value capital equipment sales and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of high-value capital equipment sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturing markets
  • Excellent business networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
